My new crush.....

Baby Owen!

Our first nephew, Owen Patrick Fox was born on Wednesday May 27th! He was 7lbs and 20in long. He is so cute and so small! Brittany, Brian and Baby are all doing well. We drove to St. Louis to see them yesterday.
Notice I made us wear blue for Owen's birthday!

Baby's New Place!

We closed on our house last Monday!!! It is right in between my parents' house and Brandon's parents' house! This is a picture of me in the back yard.

The most exciting part is that now the baby will not have to sleep in a drawer in our one bedroom apartment! He/she gets its own room! So here is the nursery that I am recreating. It is all organic and soooo cute! I can't wait to start painting!

Kelly Klein O.D.

I finally graduated! It was a beautiful day and we had a wonderful celebration after the ceremony and then again in the Setchell shop this past weekend! Now its on to the real world.....but not until September!

Blue dress encore!

Last night was the Odessey boat cruise with my graduating class! The non-maternity dress made its last appearance; I'm afraid BR had a hard time zipping it! Here are a couple of pics of me----and my "no one better judge me" dessert plate! BR even went and asked the bar for a glass of milk! Mmmm!

My First Baby Shower!!!!

I was so lucky to have my first baby shower this week with girls from optometry school! We had great 'baby' sized food and sparkling grape juice. I looooved all my gifts and was so excited to take them home and show Brandon. Thank you to everyone, and especially Allyson & Zeana ---look at the watermelon baby carriage!

Mother's Day at Arlington!

So Brandon took me to the races for Mother's Day! I bet 2 dollars on every race and my biggest win was $9.20! I always won more than BR because he bet on the 20/1 odds and I bet on the horse that had the best name! The weather ended up being beautiful (little bit of sunburn!) and they gave roses to the first 7000 mothers! Afterwards we stopped at the Olive Garden. Maybe next year we can take the baby when I am a 'legit' mother! Best day ever!!!
