Hello!
Today was a great day at the doctors! Minus the bus driver harrassing me for using BR's free UIC bus pass! Shame on him for being so mean to a pregnant lady! I guess BR will have to fork over the $2.25 from now on!!!!
The doctor was nice this week- she said I am on the "home stretch." Usually she acts like I am not pregnant so this is a big step for her!
My BP was 100/60 and I only gained 2 lbs. Brandon was betting on 3, so I won! The heartrate was the same as it has been- 140. The doctor poked around on my belly for a while and is estimating the baby weighs 5.25lbs. Yay! Everything is right on track and if I go into labor now (let's hope not!) she would not try to stop it. Next appointment is next week.
The baby gets hiccups about 3 times a day now! Some of my friends have been lucky enough to feel them! I am still feeling fabulous. No swelling! Once in a while one of my feet looks a little bit puffy and I wonder if this is the day its going to blow up, but then the next day everything is back to normal again. I have been out a lot going to bachelorette parties and weddings and everyone calls me a trooper, but I feel great! I know I am lucky! It may not last- we can reassess this after the 4th of July...
This weekend was Colleen's wedding in Lake Geneva and a shower with college friends that Brooke hosted. Everything was lovely, but silly me forgot to take pictures!
